We just found out that a punkie young legend have died apparently on November 13at the age of 30. The causes are not known. But a memorial service was held recently and we researched a little bit on the internet.Their parents divorced, his mother died in a train accident and his father also died years later at age 46. The punk family had bad luck during their time, battling alcoholism drug addiction homelessness and other problems common in American societies.
Jean Paul Toulon of Old Skull and crust-punk outfit Planned Collapse, also passed away. Few details have been released about the cause of death.

The band was formed in 1999 and independently produced and recorded their first two albums, Nothing and Nowhere and Violet. Through both of these high-demand releases, as well as their highly acclaimed and beautifully atmospheric website, the band obtained a large and loyal fan base throughout the world. Due to their independent success, in 2005 they were approached by European record label Repo Records (followed shortly by Metropolis Records in North America) and the band began its steady climb to reaching a much wider audience with the 2007 release of the acclaimed and wildly popular Walking With Strangers.

The band has a long history. Back in high school, drummer Zippy Pinhead formed the Stiffs with Gerry Useless (who later formed the Subhumans) and Mike Normal; later forming “Sgt. Nick Penis and the Brassball Battalion” with D.O.A. founders Randy Rampage and Chuck Biscuits. While still in Victoria, Duane met Zippy while playing bass for soon to be star Chrissy Steele. Zippy went on to move to San Francisco to play with the influential band K.G.B. before returning to Vancouver to join D.O.A.

The WhiskeyDicks are a group of Celtic Gypsy Punk Rockers who have spent the better part of a decade carving a reputation for themselves as “One Hell of a Good Time”.
The WhiskeyDicks bridge the gap between traditional and modern popular music with an enthusiasm that is contagious and eclecticism that knows no bounds. With nearly a dozen degrees in music under their collective belt, the band’s members take what they have learned in the universities and bring it to the stage. Their interests range from Hungary to Hip-hop and from Scotland to Slayer.

Fuzzcat explodes dance floors with diverse sets that keep the crowd on an upward trajectory. Fuzzcat is singer/guitarist Chris Ryan, bassist Dave Wise, drummer Jeff Carter, lead guitarist Steve Bedall, and keyboardist/percussion Peter Bowles.
Playing everywhere and anywhere, the band has become a fixture on the Vancouver music scene. Fully independent, Fuzzcat regularly books their own shows at The ANZA Club and plays monthly nights in Vancouver — one of which is the second Monday of every month at the legendary Railway Club, playing stripped-down acoustic sets with diverse groups from many scenes and styles.

Cobweb Society is an independent four piece punk/rock/metal band based in Vancouver, Canada.
In 2002, Cobweb Society was created in a 1971 VW bus named Daisy on a cross-country journey of Canada. After experiencing the country’s infamous winters on the road, vocalist Carly Moew and guitarist Jay Savy decided to return home to East Vancouver.

They are The Sumner Brothers.

They have been placed on a compilation album with the likes of The Be Good Tanyas, Jolie Holland, and Sean Hayes.
