Doors open at 8:30PM. $10 advance, $12 at the door. Tickets at Zulu and Red Cat Records

Harma White believes in the power of rock and roll. And in the tradition of keeping sounds raw and real while they’re doing it. Consistent gigging and hard work has kept this young Abbotsford trio creating and pushing the boundaries. Harma White has shared stages with the likes of Finger 11, YouSayParty, and Mark Ford. Long live Harma White!

Critics have declared John Pippus “…a folk/roots gem” and “…a refined tunesmith with serious pop hooks”. Earshot Magazine says: “He has a gift for making us believe that he’s been down road and is still kickin’ it.” Favorite venues John has played include: The Bluebird Café (Nashville), The Tractor Tavern (Seattle), The Vogue Theatre (Vancouver), and Bruxelles Bar (Dublin). Playing at The Billy with a full band including Ev on additional vocals and percussion.

Formed in early 2008, Satori Tide fuses an intoxicating blend of reggae, funk, ska, and wide open rock soundscapes. When a band is having this much fun onstage, it’s near-impossible to resist their natural charm and energy. With a string of highly-successful local dates and a growing pack of dedicated, rambunctious fans, Satori Tide is fast becoming a go-to Party Starter in the Vancouver scene.

Slow Dance Contest, Poetry, Comedy, and Painting Demo and raffle too. Oh, and cheap beer!

Bring your dancin’ shoes and your best gal or guy. Rockin’ good times guaranteed for all music lovers. Get down at The Billy!
