The peope that she looks up to for inspiration is Sarah McLachlan, Jann Arden, Chantal Kreviazuk, Simon and Garfunkel, and her recent artist that inspires her, is Laura Marling.
The songs that Sarah writes about is what she feels will reach out to people and inspire people to go out and reach for what they want to achieve in life. She also writes about the feelings that she felt that day and gets all of her emotions out on paper.
The reason that Sarah would love to win the OTC contest is so that she can reach out to people and just enjoy doing what she loves for the rest of her life.
